Facebook works again on a new design for it’s Pages. In the new design they mostly changed the public view of the Facebook Page,  but also the Admin view has gotten some small changes, offering a better overview of the page and informations. So let’s go a bit into the details.

  • The Cover Photo width size has increased from 851 Pixels to 1012 Pixels, and it’s not being covered by other things anymore.
  • The Profile Foto is no longer integrated into the cover Photo.
  • The Page name is being displayed more prominent.
  • The Username (@Username) is displayed below the Page name
  • The Category is now displayed on the right.
  • All the information/boxes that were on the left are now displayed on the right.
  • On the left we have now an overview of the different Tabs of the Page. This brings Apps and Tabs again on the spotlight of the users.
  • Browsing by date has been removed, there is no chronological timeline anymore.

  • The insights overview has been moved from the top right side to the middle of the page where the feed is.
  • The Promote call to action and button have also been moved to the center of the page.
